The following cases have been designated as closed by the Clerk of Custer County District Court for the month of July.

July 1 – State of NE v Branden J. Miller, guilty “intentional cruelty to an animal”. Post-release supervision revoked, 120 days with Nebraska Department of Correctional Services to run concurrent with Butler County district court case, plus costs.

July 10 – Amerisave Mortgage Corporation v Nicholas and Jennifer Mosher, case dismissed July 11 – State of NE v Sam G. Payton, guilty “terroristic threats”, 18 months with Nebraska Department of Corrections, 12 months post-release supervision, plus costs; State of NE v James L. Barta, guilty “resisting arrest” and “obstructing peace officer”, two years probation on each count to run concurrently, plus costs.
