Awards were presented on Sept. 29 in Kansas City, Missouri as part of the NRHA’s annual convention.

The NRHA, a leading advocate for rural health, rigorously evaluates hospitals across the country based on various criteria, including patient satisfaction, quality of care, and community impact. Callaway District Hospital & Medical Clinics has not only met but surpassed these stringent standards, earning its place among the top-performing rural healthcare institutions. The patient satisfaction index is a rating of hospital performance based on the percentile rank for “overall rating” and “highly recommend” on the Hospital Compare HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) surveys.
